Jamie Salafia
Accounting / Owner
Jamie is a graduate of Niagara University. She brings years of experience working in the pet trade. Jamie helps to coordinate the overall business management of this large organization. Her role is to ensure our company finances and human resources are always well managed.
Ryan Kellogg
General Manager
Ryan is our company’s General Manager. He is a graduate of Sage College Of Albany. Ryan’s role here is to ensure our company provides a balance of care for our animals, respect for our clients and an awesome work environment for our staff. Ryan has a positive attitude which is infectious to all he interacts with.
Nicole Rainer
Assistant General Manager
Nicole brings lots of experience in the pet industry here. She works largely to educate our consumers on care. There are few exotic animals Nicole has not had experience working with. She has a positive caring attitude that she shares freely with our clients.
Maddie Zelazny
Reptile Manager
She helps manages our welfare of animals, provides amazing customer service and leads by example through proper care and management techniques she applies. brings a great positive attitude and amazing attention to details, both of which greatly benefit us here!
Sedona Embrey
Nursery Manager
Sedona Embrey brings over a decade of experience to our company. We were very excited when Sedona inquired about a position as Sedona is a well recognized Aviculturist in our area.
Charlie Zelazny
Graphic Design
Charlie comes to us with past experience in the pet industry having worked for another pet store. Graduate from the Fashion Institute of Technology, He works to provide the some of the high quality presentation of marketing material found around the facility as well.
Jack Levine
Animal Care
Jack comes to us with experience from multiple pet stores around the country. Lots of customers comment on his dedication, enthusiasm, and knowledge of the animals. We are proud to have him on our team!
Michaela Calcango
Animal Care
Michaela is another example of a client who was having so much fun here that she wanted to join the team! Michaela works in our company’s Care Department. She has a focus and ability to provide amazing efficiency in all she does. Michaela has a great positive attitude which the animals all enjoy.
Nick Salafia
Animal Care
Nick has a ton of experience to share. He owns a bearded dragon named Remy, a Gargoyle Gecko named Sunny and a Gargoyle Gecko named Bubba. He works very closely with his pets and has learned many great tricks to care that he gladly passes along to our clients.
Olivia Salafia
Animal Care
Olivia is a very dedicated member of our staff. At home she has a Leopard tortoise named Flash. She is a great resource to our clients and works very hard to share her experiences with our clients.
